Global Recruiters of Seattle search formats include Priority Retained, Priority Engagement, Exclusive Contingent, Matching Contingent and Partner Program;
- In our Priority Retained or Engagement Program, we would manage all the candidates and aspects of the search process, with a priority focused recruiting format that will yield top candidates for your review. We will continue recruiting until we find the correct candidate, devoting our efforts exclusively to recruiting for this search.
- In the Priority Retained Program, we ask for your commitment to a 30% non-refundable fee of the total compensation of the executive, with a 1/3 of the estimated fee as an initial retainer, another 1/3 of the estimated fee when the short list is presented, and the remainder of the 30% service fee payable when the job offer is accepted.
- In the Priority Engagement Program, a non- refundable initial retainer of $10,000 of the total estimated service fee is requested, with the remainder of the 30% of the total compensation of the executive payable when the job offer is accepted. We will guarantee the certainty of the completed search.
- In the Exclusive or Matching Contingency Program, we would aggressively recruit and manage all the aspects of the search process, going into the market to unearth top candidates for the search.
- In the Exclusive Contingency Program, we will devote considerable efforts exclusively to recruiting for this search, in exchange for your exclusive commitment to our firm.
- In our Matching Contingency Program, we will be sharing our efforts and time for this search with other contingency searches, basing our priority on your level of shared risk, urgency and commitment. We will invoice you 30% of the total compensation of the executive only if you hire one of our candidates.
- In the Preferred Vendor Project Program, we will tailor a long-term partnership program especially to your firm’s strategic executive and professional recruiting needs, with preferential fee schedules for both contingency and retained searches, based on your commitment. In exchange for your volume of business, we will assign a dedicated Search Team consisting of the Managing Partner, a Research Associate, and potentially multiple Search Consultants. We will provide for the certainty of the completed search in exchange for your agreed-upon annual volume of business
For any of the above programs, we will not burden you with any of our travel expenses, phone expenses or any other fees that many retained recruiters charge. We will also guarantee the process and the replacement of the candidate. After you decide which format you prefer, we will send a Fee Agreement for the positions discussed. After your approval, we will collect the information to finalize the Assignment Profile and begin recruiting the top talent you need.
